Rodney brings a depth of experience to Agility Bank with a strong lending background and robust business development record. He specializes in structuring loans for small to medium-sized businesses and building strong client relationships.

As the father of a college-age daughter, Nabors is particularly aware of the future of women and their financial success.

Nabors' focus on community carries over to his volunteer endeavors. His passion for education and community outreach led to his current positions as Board President of West Houston Leadership Institute (WHLI) and Treasurer and Board Member of West Houston Assistance Ministries (WHAM).

Barry leads oversight and operations at our Loan Production Office in Webster.

Bringing decades of lending experience to Agility, Barry provides a wealth of knowledge, especially in business lending, to our team.

Leslee joined the Agility Bank team as a commercial lender in 2024. Operating primarily out of our Loan Production Office in the Clear Lake area, Leslee fosters excellent relationships with clients through personal, efficient, first-class loan application and transaction experiences.

Leslee also provides administrative oversight to our loan operations, ensuring smooth applications and decisioning for Webster's business owners.

Marie joined the Agility Bank team bringing with her over two decades of lending and banking experience.

As a Houston native, Marie is dedicated to finding lending solutions for the small and mid-sized businesses that make up the fabric of the local economy.

Marie is a University of Houston alumna and volunteers for the Montgomery County Food Bank, Girl Scouts, Montgomery County Youth Services, CASA, RMA Gulf Coast, Police Wives of Montgomery County, Boys & Girls Country Financial Literacy and is also a Young Women Leadership Mentor.
