Job Summary
The Senior Credit Analyst will play a critical role in the evaluation and approval process of credit applications. This individual will be responsible for conducting thorough credit analysis, assessing creditworthiness, and providing recommendations to senior management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in credit analysis, a deep understanding of community banking, and a commitment to supporting the bank’s mission of serving minority and underserved communities.

Essential/Primary Job Functions:
  • Responsible for the preparation of quality, detailed financial analysis including cash flow models and collateral evaluations in order to identify potential credit risks.
  • Evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers, identify potential risks, and provide well-founded recommendations for credit approval or denial.
  • Work closely with loan officers to obtain relevant documentation from clients in order to ensure loans are structured in accordance with the bank’s risk tolerance to meet the client needs.
  • Prepare detailed credit memorandums for presentation to the credit committee and senior management, ensuring all relevant information is accurately and clearly documented.
  • Monitor and manage the existing loan portfolio, identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate actions to mitigate risk.
  • Ensure all credit analysis and lending activities comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to credit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Participate in community outreach and development initiatives to support the bank’s mission and strengthen relationships with community stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably within a community bank or similar financial institution.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, along with solid interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Summary
The Director of Marketing and Communications at Agility Bank is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and communication plans, increasing our women business owner clientele and fostering community focused initiatives that reflect and support our surrounding demographics, brand, products, and services. This role involves leading a team of marketing professionals, overseeing all marketing activities, and ensuring that the bank's messaging aligns with its mission and goals. The Director will work closely with executive leadership to drive growth, enhance customer engagement, and maintain a positive public image.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning
    - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that support the bank's business objectives.
    - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Brand Management
    - Oversee the development and maintenance of the bank's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
    - Manage brand positioning and messaging to enhance the bank's reputation and visibility in the market.
  • Marketing Campaigns
    - Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
    - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Content Creation
    - Supervise the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
    - Ensure that all content aligns with the bank's brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Public Relations
    - Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and community partners.
    - Coordinate and manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media interviews, and crisis communication.
  • Team Leadership
    - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    - Set clear goals and objectives for team members, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Budget Management
    - Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
    - Monitor expenses and financial performance, adjusting as necessary to stay within budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    - Work closely with executive leadership, sales teams, product managers, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
    - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Shareholder/Investor Relations
    Respond to shareholder inquiries promptly and professionally.
    - Develop a consistent communication channel for the shareholders of the bank
    - Manage and enhance relationships with our shareholders.
    - Engage with current and potential shareholders, providing them with timely and accurate information, and ensuring their needs are met.
    - Monitor and analyze market trends and investor sentiment to provide insights to the executive team.
    - Assist in the preparation of earnings releases, annual reports, and other financial disclosures.
Reporting Relationship:
This position will report to the President of the Bank

Supervisory:
This position is a supervisory position.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Sound knowledge of banking and bank marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry is a plus.
