Every bank - including ours - says it is fast-paced, innovative and a great place to work. But the similarity stops there. Those things are table stakes; you have to have them to even exist.
Agility Bank goes further by taking its name to heart. Our bankers are agile, they can pivot to take on the opportunities and challenges of a new and unique financial institution. Our bankers are on the ground floor of building the first bank in the U.S. that is established for the purpose of serving women, and all minorities. That’s something to be proud of!
And while we will be primarily owned and led by women, we want the best people at the table and that means everyone is welcome.
How can you be successful here? We look for bankers who are extremely comfortable in the digital world but who realize that our North Star will always be nurturing a relationship with the client. With a focus on digital banking, the successful person here will be able to meld technology and personal interaction into success.
A very interesting note: Agility is intent on ensuring that there is a future pipeline of women leaders in finance. We already have formed four “generational dream teams” where senior bankers are mentoring those in the early stages of their careers or who are re-entering banking. Paving a clear path for women to the c-suite is a top priority at Agility.
