Since founding The Richland Companies in 1993, Edna Meyer-Nelson has built a 35-property commercial portfolio across the Southwest totaling 2.5 million square feet and valued at more than $250 million. A former banking executive in Houston, she specialized in commercial and real estate lending and remains active in industry mentoring today.	James E. McLean (Jim) is a Houston-based CPA and Chartered Global Management Accountant with over 40 years of experience launching and managing small businesses across multiple industries. He previously served on the Advisory Board of Community National Bank in Bellaire and currently serves on the finance committee for the Galveston Railroad Museum. James E. McLean (Jim) is a Houston-based CPA and Chartered Global Management Accountant with over 40 years of experience launching and managing small businesses across multiple industries.

He previously served on the Advisory Board of Community National Bank in Bellaire and currently serves on the finance committee for the Galveston Railroad Museum.

Maureen Sanders is an executive with 30+ years of leadership in financial services and nonprofits. She led Houston’s oldest safety-net charity clinic, overseeing 60+ staff, 800 volunteers, and an $11 million budget serving 4,000+ patients each year.

A former banking executive, she held senior roles in marketing and private banking and was recognized by WBEA as a Top Corporate Champion for Women-Owned Businesses.

Dr. Sweta Majmundar is a board-certified neurologist with more than 24 years in private practice and has been recognized for outstanding community service. She serves as president of the Lajja Neurology Association and has contributed to Memorial Hermann’s Neurology Clinical Program Committee. She is a member of several professional societies and a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.	Roxann manages two companies in the U.S. Southwest, Northwest, and Argentina as CEO of JMC Realty, LP and RTC Global Investments, LLC, overseeing portfolios in real estate, banking, insurance, wine, recycling, and gamification. She previously held leadership roles with Merrill Lynch, Sears Bank, and Baxter International and has extensive corporate and nonprofit board experience. She holds degrees from the University of Illinois, University of Chicago, and St. John’s University.	Rodney E. Nabors, a Houston banker with 30 years’ experience, is President of Agility Bank, specializing in business lending, credit analysis, and risk management. He previously held leadership roles at Stellar Bank and Independence Bank, serving on executive and loan committees. A native of Freeport, Texas, he earned a BS in Business Management from LeTourneau University and serves on the boards of WHLI and WHAM.

Dr. Sweta Majmundar is a board-certified neurologist with more than 24 years in private practice and has been recognized for outstanding community service. She serves as president of the Lajja Neurology Association and has contributed to Memorial Hermann’s Neurology Clinical Program Committee.
