I am so pleased to join this team as Chief Credit Officer, and I want to take a moment to introduce myself, tell you what drew me to Agility, and talk about what motivates me.

My career in community banking began in high school. Like many other 17-year-olds, I was looking for notable achievements for college applications. But it quickly became apparent that banking was my path – and I am so grateful that it led me here. I loved community banking then, and I love it now.

Throughout my nearly 25 years in banking, I have worked in Loan Operations, Branch Operations, Loan Review, Credit Underwriting, Commercial Lending, and Credit Administration. It means everything to me to help business owners achieve their financial goals.

Lending is the core of what Agility can do for local businesses because it ties directly back to our mission: Make commercial community banking relevant for everyone. Through lending, clients can find solutions to their desired business growth. Lending opens doors. I can see Agility’s future as a staple community bank in Houston and as a home for local small and medium-sized businesses.
